This item is a new open box  ABB Single color orange flashing signal tower. It comes from OEM manufacturer surplus stock. The part was tested and is fully functional, as seen on picture.
This product is typically used hooked up to an interlock loop to act as warning light when an equipment is undergoing maintenance, or when a safety condition is underway in a particular room, etc.
