We have four 2-bulb packs of this item, that are being sold together as a single lot.  2 bulbs per box, 4 boxes of bulbs, equals 8 bulbs total for a single price.
These are GE CG25-D5 Red Incandescent Light Bulbs 25 Watt 120 Volt  3764710
These are "Regular Service" quality and typically used for calling attention to alarms and directional signs.
Each separately packaged box of 2 lamps consists of an outer slip cover and an inner sleeve.  As you can see from the photos, the boxes themselves have noticeable shelf wear.  But as stated above in the condition description, the filaments of each bulb are electronically tested as being intact.

Please note that we have a separate listing for 7 other boxes of 2 lamps each that are from the same shipment as these being sold here as a single lot, and in the same design of packaging, but those other 7 boxes are in "retail shelf" condition.  We are therefore selling those other boxed pairs of lamps as single lots of one box per lot.
"BEST OFFER" TIPS:
If you want to offer us less than our full "Buy It Now" price, here are some tips about when and why we'd make such a deal with a buyer:  We have certain fixed costs, in this case mostly for shipping.  The cost for shipping will generally vary, for a lot this size, based on distance, as well as shipment size and shipment weight. The closer you are to us in Northern California, the less it might cost us to ship. Thus, it is possible that we would turn down an offer for this lot, that we might accept where the same dollar amount of an offer (total) that we'd reject if the buyer wanted the shipment to go to New York State, might be accepted by us if the buyer wanted them shipped only as far as to Southern California. (Sorry, these are too inexpensive, unless you bought a whole lot of these from us, for us to consider agreeing to a "free local pickup" even if you bought at least two.)  So keep ideas like those in mind when you decide, if making an offer, how much to offer per item.
Also:  If you make a Best Offer, ebay will display your ebay-registered city and zip code.  If someone pays full price, I run the risk of having to spend more on shipping than I'd like to, and since I know that, I can't complain when that happens.  But if you are buying this as a "drop shipper" and want me to ship to some address other than as displayed by eBay, a condition of my accepting your offer is that you must disclose this as part of the terms of your offer.  All I am asking is for basic fairness here.  Otherwise I might accept an offer that makes me think my shipping costs will be low, but then only find out after the sale has been made that my actual shipping costs will be much higher than I was led to believe, to the point where I would never have accepted the offer had I known the truth.  This has happened to me more than once.  If that happens here, I reserve the right to cancel the sale.  Again, I'm only asking for honesty and fairness.  That is what I offer my customers, and I think it only reasonable to expect the same consideration in return.
RETURNS IN GENERAL

Please be sure to save all shipping and packing materials (box, padding, etc.) for the length of the potential return period, in the event a return is to take place.  If you have any questions at all about the condition of the materials, however, please contact us first to confirm that we would authorize you to re-use those materials in returning an item to us, since sometimes those materials get chewed up enough during initial delivery that they need to be repaired or replaced before being re-used.
NO-FAULT RETURNS
:  30 calendar day return time, running from date of first attempt at delivery by the chosen shipper to your ebay verified shipping address, if you return these for any or no reason in the same condition as sent, at your expense.  However, if you do something that causes one of these to fail in use, e.g., if you spill your drink onto one of these and it explodes, or shorts out and dies, that is a good example of something that would not qualify as a "NO-FAULT RETURN".
CLAIMED SELLER FAULT RETURNS:
Ebay lets you return almost anything within 30 days after receiving it, if what was purchased is not what the listing represented it to be, no matter what limitations a seller may try to put on the reasons for return (and many do).  Please see exact details as provided by eBay at the top of this listing.  To the extent that ebay allows it, you must use a shipping class and type that costs no more than what we used to ship your item(s) to you.
WE SHIP QUICKLY AFTER PAYMENT:
Our commitment on this sale is to get your item(s) to the shipper within one business day after payment is completed.  And if a buyer is able to get payment completed by 11am California time on a non-holiday weekday (Mondays through Fridays), we are often able to ship the same day as paid.  We may ship the same day as paid even if paid later, but the later in the day payment is made, the less likely same day shipment will take place.  Depending on circumstances at this end and what shipment method applies, we may even be able to do "same day as paid" shipping on a Saturday, though our local USPS (highly likely the method and location of where and how we ship) closes at 4pm Saturdays (vs. 5pm on weekday business days).
Since only one person here takes care of shipping (and just about anything else), we can't literally promise same-day-as-paid shipping, since things can always "come up" to prevent that.
We do however ship the same day as paid when we can, especially when it comes to relatively small size shipping packages, and our feedback shows that our customers appreciate the extra effort.
FREE "ECONOMY CLASS" SHIPPING (MEANS YOU MIGHT GET A FREE UPGRADE TO FASTER SERVICE):
eBay defines "Economy Class" as meaning a shipping service that is supposed to get a buyer's item to them within 10 business days after being given to the shipper by the ebay seller (which we would do within 1 business day after payment was completed).  We will pick from several carriers that will commit to delivering your item(s) to you at least that quickly, based on whichever method costs us the least.  And if that means choosing Priority Mail (which ebay categorizes as "Expedited" shipping, meaning we'd ship within 1 business day after payment and the item should be delivered to you within 3 business days thereafter; the closer you are to our San Francisco Bay Area location, the more likely this may apply to you), or FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery (which eBay categorizes as "Standard" shipping, meaning we'd ship within 1 business day of payment date and the item should be delivered to you within 5 business days thereafter), when doing so is less expensive than using a slower service such as "FedEx SmartPost" (defined by ebay that only satisfies ebay's "Economy" class shipping standards

We aren't 'tax experts', but what we think the above basically means is that if you buy something on ebay that you would have had to pay sales tax on, if you'd bought it instead from a local store like a Best B
uy
store, etc., in your state, ebay might now add your state's sales tax to your purchase price. eBay would then send that tax money, that was part of the total that ebay had you pay, to your state.
We never see that money, so can't "refund" it. Even if you told us before you purchased the item, and sent us documentation to prove such exempt status, we as the seller have no way to stop eBay from adding state sales tax to what you bought. And even if you sent us documentation before or after the purchase, as some sellers have done with us in the past, and asked us either to refund the amount of tax paid, or if not yet paid, ask us to custom create an invoice that does not charge tax, our experience is that eBay will add tax anyway.
Some states may provide a way on your tax return forms to request a sales tax refund.
