Westinghouse OV-15 Silverliner Mercury Vapor Cobra Head Street Light 175w Watt. This street light is used. It does not include a refractor, lamp, or photocontrol. I don't have the original refractor to include with this fixture. I tested the fixture with a new 175 watt lamp and in the 5 minutes I had it running it did not warm up to full brightness. The capacitor is not original and was just loosely wedged inside the fixture. I had the fixture running about 5 minutes and the capacitor did not get hot, the lamp simply did not get very bright. My guess is the capacitor is not the correct one for this ballast.  So a new correct capacitor will be needed for this fixture unless you plan on just having it as a non functioning display piece or replacing the whole ballast inside.
